Any items can be returned as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Items MUST still have the original tags attached so that they can be re-sold.
Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If you wish to return an item after 30 days, we will only exchange or offer a credit note, but the above points still apply.
We can only offer a refund or exchange with proof of purchase or your original receipt.
We do not offer refunds on sale items, however, we are happy to exchange.
Due to health and safety conditions, we cannot offer any form of return or exchange on underwear, vests and nightwear.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money and are also non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that products which have had the tags removed will not be refunded, as they are no longer in a saleable condition.
If it's an online order, your refund will be for the product itself, not for the original shipping fees.
Collect-in-store orders will only be held for 2 weeks before being refunded and returned to stock. Please collect your order as quickly as possible once you have been notified it is ready.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The UK average for debit/credit card refunds is 7-10 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you require a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:.

We are not liable for return shipping fees if you require a different size.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible or be liable for items being returned to us and being lost in the post without the appropriate level of tracking and insurance applied.
