In preparation for this year we upgraded our email mailboxes to run on a dedicated Microsoft 365 server.
This will not only mean that it's more reliable, it means our order update emails and notifications will be much less likely to go directly to your spam or junk folders. Our recent checks have shown that this definitely seems to be working so far!
We know poor communications was a problem last year, so we've also made it our priority to answer EVERY email and voicemail within 48 business hours (not including weekends) and we aim to stick to this promise!
