All orders are sent via Interlink Express and are guaranteed next day in England and 2 days as standard to the rest of the UK (note, this is from the actual despatch date). The email address linked to your order will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We endeavour to send orders out on the day that they are placed, however, please allow us 2-4 working days during busier periods. Parcels can be tracked by using the following link - http://www.dpdlocal.co.uk - the reference code will be the consignment number that we email you once we've arranged for the order to be sent to you.
We also offer a 'Collect from Store' option and the same rules apply - we'll aim to have it ready the same day but during busier times there may be a 1-2 working day wait before your order is picked and ready for collection. A fulfilment of your order will still take place and you'll receive a confirmation email to tell you that your order is ready to be collected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders are sent via DPD or Air Mail. Customs documents are provided, however, please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur from your regional department. You will be emailed your tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
